The Automated Solutions division brings to market Automated Guided Forklift systems for the Linde brand. As a sales support professional you write and design sales supporting document templates for complex intralogistics automation projects. You enable the sales engineering team to deliver professional and appealing offers and manage the documentation system.

• Manage, write and design Automated Solutions offer template documents, including alignment on content with other KION entities
• Engaging with those KION entities to align on common structures and best practices, integrate them into the KNA organization, and continuously improve the processes
• Manage and write offer annexes, reference documents, presentations, and create business supporting tools
• Contract drafting, documentation, and review
• Structured versioning and control of document library
• Support in writing commercial offers for the Sales Engineering team
• Support in tracking sales pipelines in Sales Force and reporting of it
• Support for generating project execution documentation whenever required
• Support general business requirements

• Strong in writing technical and commercial documentation
• Experience in the field of industrial equipment documentation, preferably with warehouse automation equipment and AGVs
• Passionate about and eager to understand technology and innovations
• Ability to understand complex technical systems including software architectures
• Attention and affinity for optical design and ergonomic layouting
• High level of detail and structured, autonomous working mentality
• Team player, cooperating with multiple KION entities and supporting team members
• Excellent in MS Office Power Point, Excel, Word and Teams
• Business fluent in written and spoken English. German and/or Spanish is a plus
